Graham Mather has over 30 years experience in the construction industry and specifically in M&E Engineering.

During that time he was an associate with Cundall Johnston & Ptns for 12 years, the Founding Partner of Graham Mather Associates for 18 years and now the Founder of Mather Consulting Ltd.

Throughout that time he has designed and has been involved in numerous high profile buildings such as :

  • Client Advisor to the DoWP for 1M ft2 of office for major PFI scheme.
  • Designer of a 174 bed 5-star hotel for Sheraton in Edinburgh.
  • Project Partner, designer and co-ordinator of Audit programme for the DoWP to monitor 900 properties for planned preventative maintenance, life cycle cost replacement, and statutory  compliance.
  • Project Partner for a mixed use urban regeneration scheme at St Andrews Sq. Edinburgh, consisting of 100 000ft2 store for Harvey Nichols, a new bus station, 40 000ft2 offices, and an open mall with 29 shop units.
  • Partner in charge of build and refurbishment of 200 Safeway stores.
  • Partner in charge of refurbishment of R&A Clubhouse, new build Forgan House, and build of R&A golf ball and club testing laboratories.
  • Partner in charge of a 700 seat contact centre for IBM.
  • Partner in charge of 250 000ft2 of office campus for S&N.
  • Implementation of over 20 Data Centre option appraisal audits, new builds, and project management  for various blue chip clients.
